About the opportunity:
The Associate Manager, Talent Development supports our training initiatives and talent development programs for the industrial organization. This role will be responsible for the development of training plans nationally for the assigned client group, managing industrial-specific training initiatives, sourcing and managing vendor relationships, oversee optimization of digital learning management systems, and providing support for various talent management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
